After level 260, get the Light Skyforged / Earthforged / Emberforged recipes from Ironus Coldsteel - Alliance, Kelgruk Bloodaxe - Horde if you plan on making any of those alternate recipe items (see notes below).
After level 265, turn in 30 Thorium Bar to Derotain Mudsipper in Gadgetzan to get the Imperial Plate Boots/Bracers recipes.
After level 250, learn Master Hammersmithing by talking to Lilith the Lithe in Everlook (The Sweet Serenity quest is no longer a requirement.)

Note: Originally, I recommended making Mithril Weapons for this range, but further research has led me to believe that making Imperial Plate Bracers is more cost effective for powerlevelers. If the average price of 12 Mithril Bars + 4 Elemental Drops (or 24 Mithril Bars + 8 Elemental Drops from 281-295, assuming an average of two attempts per skill point) is less than 12 Thorium Bars (24 Thorium Bars from 291-295), then make the Mithril weapons instead. Unfortunately, many people are finding that the extremely low supply of Elemental Drops post-expansion make the alternate Mithril Weapon route difficult to implement.

Beyond 360, you'll need to run Heroic instances to get Primal Nethers and grind faction with Scryers/Aldor and/or collect rare/epic recipes to reach 375 Blacksmithing to make Dragonmaw. The path from Drakefist to Dragonmaw will take a while and you may have to farm a lot of materials and/or spend hundreds or even thousands of gold to get there.
